What we process and why
We collect the information you provide in our quote and contact forms (such as your name, email, phone number and the type of cover you want) for one purpose: to help you compare and obtain insurance quotes.
Lawful basis and consent
When you submit a form, you consent to us sharing your details with insurance partners so they can prepare a quote. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure and we only keep it for as long as necessary for the purposes described here.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Request that we correct or delete your information.
- Object to the processing of your information.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
